How To Make Hair Conditioner 

Product Description:
A thick liquid that is put on the hair after washing it to make it softer and less dry.
Raw Materials/Chemical Composition:
Paraffin oil 1/2 unit
Lanette 1/2 unit
Acetyl alcohol 1/4 unit
Stearic acid 1/8 unit
Water 5 units
Propylene glycol 1/4 unit

 
Equipments Needed:
Heating system, Boiler and Stirrer.

 
Production Steps:

 
1- Prepare your raw materials/chemicals.
2- Set up a heat system e.g stove.
3- put a heating vessel on the heat system e.g pot.
4- Add the paraffin in the vessel while heat is still being supply.
5- Add lanette.
6- Add acetyl alcohol.
7- Add stearic acid after ensuring the mixture have all melted.
8- Add water
9- Finally, add propylene glycol and stir thoroughly.
10- Remove the heating vessel from the heat source.

 
Packaging and Storage:
Allow to cool properly. Pack in a clean container.
